The prices are ordered in "personal use" (Personal use? they will not generate any type of benefit, monetary or promotion).

Commecial use, the prices will go up x2. That includes illustrations as advertising either for you. ( Commercial use? means thatwill generate you some kind of profit, whether it is monetary, in the shape of merchandise, or to promote yourself.)

I require clear references for your character. (I will not accept any references or images made by AI.)

How can I order an illustration?Once you have read my TERMS & SERVICES and are sure of what to order, complete the “Commission form” and You can send it by private message on my Twitter/Instagram account or Email.

By requesting an order you are accepting my terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. promising that you will not ask any refund of the payment.

you will receive the high resolution file, and another public version with watermark. It is sent in a Google Drive folder or Email, via private message.

I will cancel your request if I am unable to draw what you ask, or if you have been problematic with me or with another artist before.

Full payment or a portion of payment (payment plan) is required before starting work.

I accept payment plan, but until full payment is completed, you will not receive the files.

Paying in any other way (not agreed upon, not discussed) is considered a donation.

The artwork should take a 15 days or maximum of 3 months to be delivered. will be notified if the commission will take longer than expected to be delivered.

• After the payment, I will show you the first sketch so that you can ask for all the changes you want and once approved I will continue until the end of your order.

Once the illustration is finished, I can do small changes for free such as color adjustments and/or adding tiny details I may have forgotten. Any other changes will come with an extra fee.

IMPORTANT, I do not accept requests with specific dates. This is due to problems in my country causing delays beyond my control, (constant power and internet outages) specifically where I live.

I have all the rights to the illustration made by me. so I am free to use the commissioned work to promote myself. Example, upload the image to any network of my preference, always giving you credit as owner of the characters.

I retain the copyright to my work and require attribution/credit in any repost of my work.

You can; Re-upload the image, decoration in you profile of you networks, etc. without lucrative and always giving me credit as the artist (can be as you prefer, name, link.) and please upload the public version with watermark.

You can Print the image, as long as it is exclusively for your personal use and not to sell.

YOU CAN NOT: change, modify, trace, copy, sell or use my work under any circumstances without my permission.

I DO NOT ACCEPT THAT MY ART BE USED IN AI AND NFT. BOTH PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL THIS PROHIBITED.

You can't remove my watermark or signature, claim the work as your own, or say it was done by you.

You have no right to cancel or request a refund once I have received the payment without a compelling reason. Example, family emergency or serious economic problem. 1 If there is no progress on the order, the money will be returned in full. 2 If I already have progress, only a part will be returned, but not all the money.

Please do not ask for a refund until you talk to me first.

If the commission has been finalized, I will not accept a request to refund.

If you make a request to return the payment (without consulting me first), you will lose all rights to any work or service I have done for you. In addition to that it will be blocked and put on my blacklist (you will not have the right to ask me for commissions anymore) and will be warned to other artists.
